We have chosen not to prepare tax returns at this time (We know people who can).  We want to focus on bookkeeping, training, and business advisory services.  We understand taxes and can help you deliver your financials to your tax preparer on a silver platter.  They will love us.    

Tax returns have deadlines that often compete with the ability to give consistent service.   Have you ever called a tax preparer in March or April, September or October? They don't have time to talk or help with your business.   We want to ensure we always have time to focus on your business when you need us. 

We will help set up and organize your payroll system.  We do not submit payroll for you.    We have found that the companies (ADP, Paycheck, Gusto, etc) that provide payroll software and support do a great job.  

Right now, we are not set up to be able to submit payroll for you, but we can provide you with multiple, ongoing, solutions to your payroll needs.   

Nothing makes us better.   We know some great bookkeepers, it would be wrong to say we are better.   We try to be different.  

We focus on responsive service.  We are not on call like a doctor, but we will respond in a reasonable timeframe.   Email is the best way to communicate because, if given enough details,  we can prepare a more helpful and accurate response.    

We focus on timely work.  We respect deadlines and the needs of third-party vendors (banks, investors, Tax preparers)  and provide timely, accurate reporting. 

We focus on your business.  We value quality over quantity.  Our pricing is such that we can and will provide quality service to a few clients rather than "adequate" service to a large number.  If we are not here for your business, who are we here for?   

We are a fully remote accounting team. We can be just as fabulous on a Zoom call as we can be in person.
